- Jardin Craft delivers across Malaysia. The shipping rates will automatically be calculated upon check out.
- Orders placed on Friday until Sunday will only be processed on the next working day of the following week. Orders placed during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on destination, from 1 - 3 working days for West Malaysia and 5 - 7 working days for East Malaysia.
- You will be able to receive your goods within 3 to 7 working days depending on the shipping area.
- Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. For university/college campus addresses, your orders can only be delivered to the administration office or mail room.
- Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with the tracking number. Jardin Craft will not be held responsible for any delay on shipment done by the shipping company. For any concern on your tracking details and your parcel whereabouts, you may check your tracking number online.
- During promotion/peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfil the usual next day delivery promise due to the large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues. - If you are not personally available to accept the delivery, a representative may accept the delivery on your behalf, provided that the said representative is over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery. You or your representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of products and all deliveries shall be signed off by you or your representative on the delivery order.
- Jardin Craft reserves the right to withhold delivery of the products to you if it has any doubts whatsoever as to your creditworthiness or insufficient identification.
